All my life I’ve lived in houses
Some seedy, some grand
Some were rented, some I owned
Some came with a plot of land

But now I’m retired, and I’ve cashed in
We sold our final house
I moved into a skybox
From an alley cat to a city mouse

Oh, my Winnebago in the sky
Two small rooms are all I need
One for guests with a couch
One with a bed and desk for me

My study is my bedroom
My office is my bower
Could be awkward for female guests
Depending on the hour

I share my space with a clever cat
He’s much cleaner than me
We share the bed and bathroom
Like any family

Oh, my Winnebago in the sky
Two small rooms are all I need
One for guests with a couch
One with a bed and desk for me

My wife and I live in the same building
We’re married and still in love
It’s just that we’re both happier
With her ten floors above
My view is of two new condos
They sit there sucking up air
So I went and got a telescope
Fair’s fair
Oh, my Winnebago in the sky
Two small rooms are all I need
One for guests with a couch
One with a bed and desk for me
