The idea that fairness for all
Is somehow special pleading
That the demand for dignity
Is just the ploy of bleeding
Heart liberals with an agenda
For social engineering
Would, if it weren’t so chilling,
Be anthropologically endearing
Social justice is exactly what it says
Justice in life, not just law
Some crimes aren”t in the criminal code
But the scars they leave are just as raw
Poverty, inequality, disrespect
exploitation, wage slavery and theft
These are wrongs we can correct
It doesn’t matter if you’re right or left
The commonwealth of people
Is stronger when we care
We can only be strong
When all those we know are
